Do you offer refunds? 

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at hello@visitseries.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we'll sort that out for you as soon as possible.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection (please check our size guide before purchasing)
  • Slight color variations due to screen differences
  • Shipping delays caused by external factors (e.g., customs, carrier delays)

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Send an email to hello@visitseries.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue (e.g., damaged area, incorrect item).

Once we review your request, we will offer a replacement or refund if applicable.

 

Order Issues & Missing Packages

If your order does not arrive within the estimated shipping timeframe, please contact us so we can assist in tracking your package. If an order is lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier, we will issue a replacement.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your information before completing your order.

 

Cancellations & Changes

All orders are processed within 24 hours after an order is placed. Once the vendors have started the production process, it will not be possible for us to cancel. Please understand that we're only a two-person team who are just starting out, so when you insist on cancelling your order and demanding a refund, that means we'll have to eat up the charges and pay from our own pocket, so, please review your order carefully before submitting it.
